Director-actor Anurag Kashyap will play the role of Inspector Swamy in Adivi Sesh's Dacoit. The first-look poster of Anurag was unveiled on February 28.

The female lead of the film will be unveiled. Shruti Haasan was cast alongside Sesh, however, she backed out of the film. Today, a poster hinting at the female lead was shared on social media.
