Russian forces launched a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih this evening, April 4. Photos of the aftermath have emerged, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Telegram. Zelenskyy noted that Russia struck an area with residential buildings.

More than 50 others were injured in the attack on Kryvyi Rih, Ukrainian authorities said — a city still in mourning from an attack two days earlier.

The missile strike was the latest in a series of Russian attacks on urban centers that have caused significant civilian casualties despite ongoing cease-fire talks.
