The Wisconsin DNR announced Monday the observation tower at Potawatomi State Park in Sturgeon Bay will reopen this spring as weather conditions allow.

The harvest area includes marked ash, beech and other affected trees within 75 feet of roads, trails and campsites, including north and west of the family campground.
