Papyrus, and its sister companies, are the latest retailer to stumble because of stricken malls. Last week, Bose said it was closing 100 stores signaling that 2020 will be another rough year.

The Papyrus website advertised 20% to 40% off all items Thursday and said all sales were final. Earlier in the week, the discount was 20% off full-priced items.
