FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — One 94-year-old Fort Wayne resident, Dick Roe, has been crafting wooden trains for the past couple of years, having already made 24 of them with ten more on the way.

Along with removing the old wooden train, the library is adding a playground to the Irene McNulty Oates children's reading garden, just outside, in hopes of helping children learn through activity.
