Franklin Templeton has launched a new cryptocurrency ETF (under the ticker EZPZ), exposing investors to Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Franklin Templeton, the global asset management giant with $1.5 trillion in AUM, has unveiled the Franklin Crypto Index ETF.

Franklin Templeton has introduced a new ETF that provides investors with exposure to both Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum’s Ether (ETH).

EZPZ is now Franklin Templeton’s third digital asset ETF. The first such ETF, Franklin Bitcoin ETF, which trades under the ticker EZBC, was launched Jan. 11, 2024, while the Franklin Ethereum ETF, which trades under the ticker EZET, was launched July 23.

Franklin Templeton's foray into digital asset ETFs began with the launch of the EZBC spot Bitcoin ETF in January 2024, followed by the EZET spot Ethereum ETF in July of the same year. The EZBC ETF has attracted significant interest, with $443.8 million in net inflows and $692.2 million in assets under management.

Franklin Templeton has expanded its crypto portfolio with the launch of the EZPZ ETF, offering weighted exposure to Bitcoin and Ethereum.
