The Flyers traded the homegrown Farabee and Frost on Jan. 31 for Andrei Kuzmenko, Jakob Pelletier, and two draft picks.

Morgan Frost was dealing with a migraine when the trade went down. He had to leave that game early because of vision issues, was at home with the lights off. Joel Farabee said guys went to Owen Tippett’s house after the game for some drinks and to share memories.

Morgan Frost didn’t have the final hurrah in Philadelphia that he’d like to remember. As the Flyers were hosting the Islanders, Frost started experiencing vision issues because of a migraine. He was forced out of the game in the second period.

For Morgan Frost and Joel Farabee, though, it was an opportunity to take a deep breath after a whirlwind couple of weeks. They were acquired by the Calgary Flames from the Philadelphia Flyers on Jan. 30 and had little to no time before they were thrust into action for five games before the break.
