Two Hispanic men fell victim to José Juan Lopez's attempt to impersonate an ICE agent and threats of deportation, according to police.
He is currently being held at the Martin County Jail with a $2,500 bond. Lopez's arrest adds to a growing number of incidents where individuals have been caught impersonating law enforcement officers.
