There are several campgrounds within a short drive of the park, including Manzanita Campground (the closest), as well as Cave Springs Campground (located about 5 miles north of the park).

Manzanita Lake Campground at Lassen Volcanic National Park opens for the summer on Friday, in time for this weekend’s centennial observance of Lassen Peak’s big eruption May 22, 1915.
