The Dallas Mavericks just completed one of the most unprecedented, shocking trades in NBA history. The decision to trade away superstar Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers for Anthony Davis has changed the landscape of both franchises.

ESPN Insider Brian Windhorst broke down the trade shortly after it happened and said he got a wild text message from a current unnamed NBA All-Star who shared his thoughts on what the Mavs must think about Doncic. “I had a current NBA All-Star text me and say, ‘Do you know how much the Mavericks must hate Luka?’” Windhorst said on ESPN.

The Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers have officially completed their blockbuster trade that swaps Luka Doncic and Anthony Davis, among other pieces. A nine-time NBA All-Star, Davis does give Dallas a win-now piece. As for Doncic, the 25-year-old superstar is the future face of the Lakers.
