LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was arrested Tuesday in relation to a double homicide from 2022 outside a sports bar on Strawberry Lane. LMPD arrested Isaac S. Castellanos, 34, on a warrant for two counts of murder and tampering with physical evidence.

McQuillen was being held on a murder charge after his father, John McQuillen, 65, was found shot to death outside his home on March 12, 2025, in the 1200 block of Winter Springs Court. McQuillen was taken into custody the next day on weapons charges after being found with an AR-15 rifle. He was charged with his father’s murder while in custody.
