Type the port number, if required, into the "Port" box. Type the name of the DB2 database into the "Enter Database" field. Click the "Info" button to test the connect and view driver information.

To do so, you need to go to developer.oracle.com. Then, click on Downloads > Database. You then have to scroll down to reach Developers Tools and then click on SQL Developer.
