One of the late Pope Francis’ vehicles – otherwise known as “popemobiles” – is set to be sent to the Gaza strip and converted into a mobile healthcare unit, per Holy See-sanctioned media.

Before he died, Pope Francis donated one of his popemobiles to be converted into a mobile health unit to serve the children of Gaza, officials said Monday.

One of the popemobiles that carried Pope Francis as he greeted the faithful is being converted into a mobile health clinic for children in Gaza. It was one of Pope Francis' final wishes.
