Before the fight, the movie discusses Broly's character ... As a Super Saiyan God, Goku uses God Bind to paralyze Broly. Goku attempts to reach Broly's heart and calm him down, to little success.

Like its predecessor, it is a new installment in the Dragon Ball series, this time primarily featuring the face off between Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Broly God.
