FORT DODGE, Iowa — Sunday marked the end of an era. The Iowa Air National Guard held an inactivation ceremony for the 133rd Test Squadron, which was formed in 1948. From 1972 to 2010 Allen Goche served at the Fort Dodge Air Force base.

On Sunday, the Iowa Air National Guard held an in-activation ceremony for the 133rd Test Squadron in Fort Dodge. The 133rd Test Squadron was in service for more than 75 years and its main mission was to test equipment before use in the battlefield.
