The designer, who recently stepped down as artistic director of Fendi, is now a free agent, leaving the industry eager to see his next move.

It was only back in October he revealed he was parting ways with Fendi, stepping down as the fashion house's artistic director of womenswear.

His last show for the house was followed not only by rave reviews but also a knighthood: the British designer was awarded France’s highest distinction, the chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur.
