The last day for Carnival and Food Festival is Sunday, May 30. For those 13 and older entry is $7; kids ages 6-12 are $2, kids five and under are free. Parking will cost $8 each day.

The Iowa Association of Fairs estimates only about 17 carnival groups still travel the state every summer setting up at about 100 county fairs and many other community festivals.
