With the Kings looking to take a 3-0 lead in the playoff series, the Oilers seized the momentum with four unanswered goals at raucous Rogers Place.

Down 3-1 in the third period and facing going back to Los Angeles down 3-1 in the series, the Oilers got two goals from defenseman Evan Bouchard, the tying goal coming with 29 seconds left in regulation, before Leon Draisaitl won it with 1:42 left in the first overtime.

The fourth straight edition of the Edmonton Oilers and Los Angeles Kings meeting in Round 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs is underway, and while Oilers battled back, they couldn’t quite complete the rally in their Game 1 loss to the Kings.
