Lieutenant Colonel Stephen J. Nolan, 66, of Kewaunee, WI, loving husband of 43 years to Kathryn (Weiss) Nolan, passed away peacefully in Newtown, CT with his family by his side on December 27, 2023.

Nolan, Jr. Jim passed away peacefully on May 6, 2025 surrounded by his family. Jim was born on January 22, 1943 to the late Army Colonel James L. Nolan Sr. and Mary Jane (McCann) Nolan.
