Cal Fire is on scene of a vegetation fire burning on the Cal Poly campus in San Luis Obispo, California. The fire is on the hill in the area of Cerro Vista Apartments dorms.

- A brush fire broke out at Cal Poly early Tuesday evening. The fire was reported at about 6:30 p.m. next to the Bishop apartment building, which is part of the on-campus Cerro Vista Apartments.
