RYE, Colo. (KKTV) - The man behind one of the most iconic structures in Colorado history has passed away. People have traveled from across the state and country to visit Bishop Castle in Rye.

The family of the man who built Bishop Castle says James Ronald Bishop died ... stone and iron and is a local tourist attraction in Rye, Colorado near the San Isabel National Forest.
