BSNL, the state-run telecommunication company that offers telecom services all over the country. It is the oldest telecom operator in India and is all set to offers 4G in select circles.

The union also highlighted the need for a comprehensive review of BSNL’s policies and managerial inefficiencies, calling them the “true barriers” to the company's revival and growth.
