The complex has a new press box, improved fields, fencing and lighting. The Timberton Complex was damaged by an EF-3 tornado in January 2017. The following year, the press box was destroyed by a fire.

HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WDAM) - In a few months, the first teams will take to the field at the rebuilt Timberton Softball Complex. That facility has reopened after being destroyed in the 2017 tornado.
