A report was issued from the NWS Sacramento CA on Monday at 10:58 a.m. for strong thunderstorms until 11:30 a.m. for Southern Sacramento Valley.

A report from the NWS Raleigh NC was issued on Monday at 2:08 p.m. for strong thunderstorms until 3:15 p.m. for Cumberland County.

A report from the NWS Blacksburg VA was issued on Sunday at 6:28 p.m. for strong thunderstorms until 7 p.m. for Stokes County.

On Sunday at 12:27 a.m. a severe thunderstorm warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 2 a.m. for Coffee and Dale counties.

Although the threat of severe thunderstorms is low, strong winds are expected to be whipping across the state on Sunday.

At 7:44 p.m. on Sunday, the NWS Newport/Morehead City NC issued a severe thunderstorm warning in effect until 8:30 p.m. The warning is for Duplin, Jones, Lenoir and Onslow counties.
