Arizona’s Andrew Cain hit a leadoff home run to make the game 1-1 and send it into extra innings. The Wildcats tacked on one more run in the tenth inning and beat TCU to win their second consecutive conference title. Last year’s title was when the Wildcats were in the Pac-12.

The Horned Frogs had an opportunity to tie or take the lead in the bottom of the 10th inning as Anthony Silva eventually reached second after being hit by a pitch. But Sam Myers struck out for the final out as the Wildcats won the tournament in their first season in the Big 12.

A conference tournament that began Wednesday with 12 teams vying for their league's biggest prize will wrap up Saturday with TCU and Arizona meeting in the championship game of the 2025 Big 12 tournament at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, the home ballpark of the Texas Rangers.
