Lt. Gov. Delbert Hosemann (R-Miss.) collapsed at the Mississippi State Capitol in Jackson. Video of the Mississippi State floor showed Hosemann collapsing on Wednesday, February 19. A source told WJTV 12 News that Hosemann was able to stand up and was conscious as emergency responders rushed to his aid.
