The WNBA has inherited a new, unique problem over the past week. It has always been made clear at sporting events, that fans throwing objects on the court, field, or ice, is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate ejection.

Sophie Cunningham is furious at the antics of some WNBA fans. During Friday’s game between the Valkyries and Sky, what appeared to be a lime-green dildo was thrown onto the court during the third quarter. “Stop throwing dildos on the court,” Cunningham posted on X. “You’re going to hurt one of us.”
