The Kansas City Chiefs and former Ohio State offensive tackle Josh Simmons have agreed to a four-year, fully guaranteed $14.7 million deal, agents Drew Rosenhaus, Robert Bailey and Oliver Chell told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
