BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) - Former Manatee County Administrator Scoot Hopes is now facing more charges, ranging from grand theft to misusing public records, the state attorney’s office said.

With the Stallions, Scott hopes to earn his way back into the NFL. He spent time with the Steelers from 2021 to 2022, mostly on the team’s practice squad and as a training camp standout.
