UNC Tar Heels roll past Arizona Wildcats on Friday to move within one win of a return trip to the College World Series in Omaha.

After a dominant Chapel Hill Regional, UNC baseball met up with Arizona on Friday in the first game of a best-of-three series in the Chapel Hill Super Regional at Boshamer Stadium. The Diamond Heels ran away with this one early and easily, winning 18-2, despite Jake Knapp struggling on the mound through the first few innings.

The Arizona Wildcats open the Super Regionals round of the NCAA Baseball Tournament against the North Carolina Tar Heels. UNC (45-13) is the No. overall seed that advanced by winning its regional while Arizona (42-18) won the Eugene Regional.
