Baltimore County residents protested Executive Kathy Klausmeier's nomination of Khadija Walker as the next inspector general outside the county courthouse on Tuesday.

Supporters turned out for a rally outside the District Court for Baltimore County Tuesday, demanding that Kelly Madigan be reappointed as the county's inspector general.
