Martinelli’s 10-ounce apple juice bottles are being recalled because they may contain patulin, a mycotoxin produced by moldy fruit. Although no illnesses have been reported, patulin can cause serious health risks if consumed.

The recall has been categorized as "Class II," meaning any contaminated product could cause "temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences," according to the FDA.
