A 22-year-old man has been charged with murder in the shooting deaths of a longtime music supervisor for "American Idol" and her husband at their home in Los Angeles.

Los Angeles Police Department officials said an arrest was made Tuesday in the killings of "American Idol" executive Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca, who were found dead Monday in their Encino home.

In December, a judge dismissed the cases against 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian after a mental health evaluation was completed, and the court records indicated he was placed in a conservatorship, which puts another adult in charge of major decisions in a person's life if they've been diagnosed with a severe mental disorder.

Police found the bodies after responding for a welfare check in the 4700 block of White Oak Place Monday afternoon.
