Astronomer CEO Andy Byron resigned after a video of him sharing cozy moments with HR Head Kristin Cabot at a Coldplay concert went viral. The board appointed co-founder Pete DeJoy as interim CEO. Cabot continues as Chief People Officer while the company seeks Byron's replacement.
