Bread and rolls sold in six states have been recalled over 'glass fragments,' according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The recall was initiated on April 12, 2025, the FDA updated it with a Class II classification on April 25, 2025. A Class II recall is the second most severe type of recall, indicating that the product may cause "temporary" or "reversible" health consequences.
