In recent weeks, there have been multiple reports tying Ben Simmons to the Boston Celtics. Both Marc Stein and Brian Windhorst revealed that the Celtics are among the teams interested in signing the three-time All-Star.

The thinking is that Simmons has never been part of a winning culture and thus has little to offer the development of such players besides soaking up a portion of the minutes in a best-case scenario.
