Jürgen Klopp has congratulated Liverpool and his successor Arne Slot after they won the Premier League title this season.

Slot took the team Klopp built and made them champions in his first season – and showed his appreciation to his predecessor as Anfield rejoiced

The win sees Slot become just the sixth manager to win the Premier League in his debut season, with his predecessors including Jose Mourinho and Carlo Ancelotti. He sealed the title with four matches to spare. Liverpool’s 25 wins in 34 matches played has seen them stay top of the pile since November 2, 2024.
