Houston man sues Whataburger for up to $1 million after putting onions on his burger - Demery Ardell Wilson is seeking “monetary relief over $250,000 but less than $1,000,000” in a lawsuit.

Demery Ardell Wilson filed a petition against Whataburger in Texas’s 269th Judicial District Court of Harris County on April 25. According to multiple reports, he claims to have suffered an allergic reaction after the restaurant allegedly failed to give him a meal without onions as requested.
