The larger the group the more notice but usually a day or two is fine. Walk/trot as long as trail conditions and riders ability allow it. The more advance riders may want to do the 1.5 hour little more advantageous. Private rides are offered as well so no other people will ride with your group. Just let the trail guide know, happy to help.
