Breakfast not included but the location was great with many choices of places for breakfast.
Just a suggestion to have a full body mirror, maybe inside the closet door.

spacious and very clean. extremely welcoming host who was really helpful and friendly!
would have been good to have an oven to go with the hob and microwave
