Fairly easy. I did not have walking boots. And i do not have a great physical condition. But if the guide takes you to caves then be ready to climb under difficult conditions (you'd better not have vertigo). Bring a headlight and good shoes (I regretted not having them). You can ask the guides to do whatevery trek you feel fit for. They are great. Ans they have a special recipe against leeches!
