Hi, If you do not mind a good walk, I would go first to Vasa (furthest, but still walkable from station), then to Gamla Stan, where it's enjoyable to walk down the small streets for a while. After all this, a boat may be a welcome break while seeing the city from a different perspective. Having said this, I have not been on a boat tour but on a kayak tour and loved it. Have a great trip.
