We were staying in Sourfriere which is 1 hour drive from Castries dock. From Sourfriere 45 minute drive to Gros Piton trailhead (road goes past the mud baths). Minimum 4 hours for the climb. If it is possible, Ms Charkar Louis at Treasure Tours can tell you. I know that Gros Piton can also be climbed from the sea - adds another hour - and allows water taxi Castries to beach, so swim afterwards. Ms Charkar is the expert - whatever she says can be done, can be. On Gros Piton make sure guide takes you to north top. Government guides only go to south top. Guide required - you will see why.
