Hi! We showed up on a Saturday about 15 minutes before the next tour without a reservation and had no problems joining the tour. There were the two of us, a family of four, and a couple on the tour. While we were waiting for the tour to start, they pan fried some cheese curds and gave us samples. Delicious!
I had to look it up since we were there mid-day and not even sure what day. Their hours are on their web page but for some reason are hidden on their contact page - not their main …

M-F = 8:30 AM - 6 PM, Sat. = 9 AM - 5 PM, and Sun. = 1 PM - 5 PM Thanksgiving - Christmas and Memorial Day - Labor Day. Enjoy!!
