I stumbled upon this park by chance and would have liked to spend longer. The colourful plantings especially in the "Spectacle Garden". Good place for spotting eastern water dragons.Full review by zhuhai2007

Enjoyed this. Beautifully laid out with plenty of variety. Some walking and hills to keep in mind. Loved the lakes, rainforest areas as well and plenty of water dragons to keep you interested. 10-12 …Full review by Greg H

A dog just got on the train here at park rd station Brisbane it wasnt a guide dog the lady had some paperwork she showed the conductor and he let them on

Yes, free. Parking is limited and you have to pay. You can jump on the train and get off at Roma Street station then you have a short walk to the Parklands. Cafe is expensive and not worth it, so take your own....cheaper and nicer to have your own picnic.
