The park is a great place to visit anytime. Sebastian has a wonderful river walk with about dozen restaurant on the water of the Intercoastal waterway.Full review by williamkH3635GQ

Pets are allowed. I take my dogs to everything. However, they are older and very well behaved, and they are on the leash all the time. There are additional walkways with “pick up bag” dispensers everywhere. We take the dogs on daily long walks along the shore of the Indian River which is adjacent to the park. Pet owners follow the “pick up after your pet” rule, which makes everyone happy.
Yes , dogs are permitted but must remain on a leash & as the other user had specified as an answer , there are available clean up stations throughout the park.
