Saikul is a town in the Kangpokpi district in Manipur, India. It is the headquarters of "Sadar Hills East" subdivision of the Kangpokpi district, and one of the principal towns under the Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council. It is also the seat of the Saikul Assembly constituency, a reserved constituency for Scheduled Tribes.
