A good way to understand Portuguese history but lacking care. It could be better. Horrible staff. When we asked for a pamphlet, they didn't care. The guards were way more helpful than the people work…Full review by Pancho4112

Hi, Palacio da Ajuda isn’t a castle but a palace and the birthplace of one of Portuguese King. Due to being a royal residence in the pass it got several areas to visit including the bedrooms. Lisbon also have a castle located in one of the 7 hill from Lisbon ( St George Castle) were is possible to enjoy a fantastic view from the city. It is possible to go using the public transport.
