A lovely beach to walk on and to see these rather spectacular boulders. Good beach access and parking and good cafe facilities. Worth taking time to visit.Full review by Alan B

This is interesting. The boulders are pretty amazing but there aren’t a lot of them. It’s on a nice beach. Go at low tide for the best views.Full review by Rich30350

Depending where you are landing and how much time you have. Christchurch is a must see & do, so is Auckland. Each island has so much to experience. If i lived closer i would go back and just concentrate on 1 island at a time. If you have limited time make sure you get to the TeAnu glow worm caves and Milford sound both spectacular in their own right, on the south island.
