You would still need lightning passes. Getting in early will get you 1 ride quickly. To avoid more Disney ripoff rent a house instead. You could get a 5 6 bedroom house or mansion 5 miles away probably cheaper than staying at a dis ey hotel. We did for 9 people. Will never stay at disney.
We always buy ours through attraction tickets there mobile tickets you show on your phone and they price match never had a problem sometimes they have offers worth a look
